-
5.1. Responsibility for Shipping Costs: For all eligible returns, the customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the cost of the original shipment from our facility to you (even if a "free shipping" promotion was applied) and the cost of the return shipment back to our facility. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.
-
5.2. Eligibility: American Mortuary Coolers offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible items. To qualify, the item(s) must NOT have been USED or OPENED, and must be in "like-new," resalable condition in the original packaging when returned to our facility.
-
5.3. Return Process: To return an item, you must first contact our support team at 1-888-792-9315 to receive a return authorization code (RA). Returns sent without an RA code will not be accepted.
-
5.4. Refund Calculation: All shipping costs for the returned item(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Once the item is received and inspected for damages, we will calculate the refund. The refund amount is the original purchase price, LESS the following:
-
The actual shipping cost we incurred to send the item to you (this applies even to "free shipping" promotions; a copy of the freight invoice will be provided).
-
A restocking fee of $50 or 25% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.
-
A 3% credit card processing fee.
-
The cost of any damages incurred to the returned item(s), if applicable.
-
Refunds will be mailed to the buyer in the form of a check.
-
Example: A buyer paid $850 for an item. Our cost to ship the item was $100. The item was returned with no damages. The refund would be $537.50. Calculation: $850 (Original Price) - $100 (Our Shipping Cost) - $212.50 (25% Restocking Fee) = $537.50.

5.5. Exclusions: The 30-day money-back guarantee is NOT offered for:
-
Items purchased at a reduced or sale price.
-
Bulk orders (defined as 4 or more individual items).
