1,000 lb Heavy-Duty Casket & Body Lifter, Model 500-BCL-M

The TITAN Model 500-BCL-M is a manual hydraulic body and casket lifter for funeral homes, morgues and crematories. A pump handle raises the boom from 27.9″ to 70.8″, the body carriage adjusts from 38.5″ to 61.8″, and nine 4″ swivel casters move it through standard doorways.

Manual or electric body lift

Both TITAN lifts are rated 1,000 lb and handle bodies and caskets. The difference is how they lift. The 1,000 lb Heavy-Duty Casket & Body Lifter (500-BCL-M) uses a manual hydraulic pump handle with no battery or power cord. The AME TITAN Power Body & Casket Lift XL (500-BCL-P) uses a 12V DC electric actuator that runs on its rechargeable battery or a wall outlet, with no hydraulic fluid.

Lift warranty

American Mortuary Equipment body and casket lifts are warranted part by part, the same way as our racks.

Loads must stay within the rated 1,000 lb capacity, with straps placed as shown in the operating manual. Chlorine bleach, solvents and abrasive pads void the finish warranty, and chips from impact are not covered.

Coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting on the date of delivery to the original end user unless a different start is stated above. It is not transferable, and freight to and from our facility is not covered. Claims are made in writing with the order number, photos and a short description; claim handling follows the Warranty Policy (WR-1.0).
