Step 2: Approval and Production

  • Drawing Approval: Review and approve the shop drawings.
  • Production: Once approved, your custom cooler enters our production phase.

Step 3: Installation Level Selection

  • Level 1: Basic Installation:
    • Panels are installed on your prepared, level concrete surface.
    • We complete all panel connections and seal the unit to the ground.
    • Note: Site must be level to avoid additional costs.
  • Level 2: Turnkey Installation:
    • Our project manager will contact you to discuss your needs.
    • We coordinate with licensed electrical and mechanical contractors for necessary permits and work.
    • We handle all aspects of the installation, including electrical and mechanical connections.
    • We have in house licensed electricians, mechanical, and engineering.

Step 4: Delivery and Scheduling

  • Delivery Scheduling: We provide a precise delivery window within a 48-hour timeframe.
  • In-House Delivery: Our own fleet of modern trucks and trained staff handle the delivery. We do not broker shipping.

Step 5: Installation Execution

  • Level 1 Installation:
    • Our team inventories the delivered components.
    • We begin the installation process on your prepared site.
    • We conduct a full site inspection and clean up all debris.
    • Typically requires one full day of installation.
    • We provide flexible scheduling.
  • Level 2 Installation:
    • Our team, including licensed electricians and mechanical professionals, completes all necessary installations.
    • We ensure all systems are fully operational and compliant with local regulations.

Step 6: Final Inspection, Photography, Quality Assessment, and Paperwork

  • Final Inspection: We conduct a thorough final inspection to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Onsite Photography and Quality Assessment: We perform on site photography for our records and yours, and conduct a final quality assessment.
  • Question and Answer: We answer any questions you may have regarding the installation and operation of your cooler.
  • Warranty and Paperwork: We provide warranty certificates and all other necessary paperwork.

Installation and Inspection Checklist

The purpose of this form is to aid in the installation and connection of the equipment. This form is needed along with pictures to verify equipment was installed correctly. Once the necessary documentation is received and reviewed for approval, you will be notified in writing of your warranty coverage. Some items may not pertain to your equipment and would be N/A. This form must be submitted within 30 days of final installation. If it is after 30 days, the inspection will need to be performed by American Mortuary Cooler for an additional fee.

1. Make sure nothing is obstructing the equipment on all sides and the back. (Required)

2. Verify the equipment is level. There should be no rocking or instability. (Required)

3a. If applicable, verify adjustment of the leveling feet. (Required)
