Replacement Remote Refrigeration System for Existing Walk-In Refrigeration (10’ x 15’ x 7’8”)

This is a replacement remote refrigeration system designed for a 10’ x 15’ x 7’8” walk-in cooler, specifically a holding cooler, and is not a freezer unit. This Department of Energy compliant system is designed to maintain a consistent 35°F internal temperature with an 80°F ambient temperature around the box and an 80°F outdoor ambient temperature, assuming products enter at 35°F with moderate traffic.

Important Notes:
* Refrigerant type R404A (not included). Refrigerant must be charged by your installer. Freon is not included with any units other than our self-contained drop-in systems.

Important Installation and Warranty Notes:
* Installation and Operation:
* Installation is not included. It must be performed by a state-licensed mechanical refrigeration contractor and a state-licensed electrician.
* The unit must be placed in service and operating within 15 days of delivery.
* You will be required to provide current credentials of both the mechanical refrigeration contractor and electrician with warranty activation.
* Installer Damage:
* Warranty coverage will be voided if any components are damaged during installation, including but not limited to incorrect wiring or voltage, and improper refrigerant charge.
* These damages can be easily identified through a site inspection.
* Warranty Activation: Credentials of the licensed installers are required for warranty activation and must be submitted within 30 days of unit receipt.
* Warranty Voidance: Failure to meet the warranty activation requirements within 30 days will result in the warranty being voided.
* No Discounts or Refunds: As the warranty is factored into the unit's cost, no discounts or refunds will be provided for failure to activate the warranty.
* Extended Warranty Refund: If an extended warranty is purchased and the required standard warranty is voided due to non-activation, the extended warranty purchase will be refunded in full.
* Notification: You will be notified via mail and email if your warranty is voided due to non-compliance.
* Agreement: By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
