Same Day Shipping Guarantee
Limited Guarantee:
Our "Same Day Shipping Guarantee" is expressly limited by and conditioned upon the availability of the product ordered. This guarantee applies only to in-stock items. The Same Day Shipping Guarantee is listed on various products that we generally stock. At times these items may not be in stock.
Out-of-Stock Items:
If the product ordered is not in stock, it will ship within the current lead time.
Customer Verification of Lead Time:
By placing an order with us, Customer represents and warrants that they have verified the current lead time by emailing cool@mymortuarycooler.com prior to placing the order.
Disclaimer of Liability for Delays:
Shipper shall not be liable for any delays in shipping or delivery, regardless of the cause. This includes, but is not limited to, delays caused by product availability, carrier delays, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Shipper shall not be responsible for any deadlines or timelines that Customer may be subject to.
Entire Agreement:
This provision constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Same Day Shipping Guarantee and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Due to the specialized nature of our products and the customization options offered, Funeral Source One Supply Company Inc & American Mortuary Coolers does not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the product they are ordering is the correct size, model, and configuration for their needs. Please review all product specifications and dimensions carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions or require assistance in selecting the right product, please contact our customer service department prior to placing your order.
Inspection Upon Delivery:
While returns and refunds are not permitted, it is important that you inspect your order thoroughly upon delivery. If there is any damage or shortage, please note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us immediately. Failure to do so may affect your ability to file a claim for damages.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
In some cases, it may be possible to change or cancel an order before it has shipped. Please contact our customer service department as soon as possible if you need to make changes to or cancel your order. However, please note that order changes and cancellations are not always possible, and fees may apply.
This policy is strictly enforced. We appreciate your understanding.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Rates are based on the total order weight and your geographical location.
- The shipping rate displayed at checkout is an estimate and is subject to change.
- You will be notified within 48 hours if there is a change in the shipping cost.
- Payment of the estimated shipping cost does not guarantee the final shipping cost.
Delivery and Unloading:
- A forklift or other appropriate equipment is required to unload the cooler.
- The customer is solely responsible for any damage that occurs during unloading.
- Any damage must be noted on the delivery paperwork at the time of delivery.
- Our liability for the shipment ends once the unit is in the possession of the freight carrier.
Assembled Coolers:
- When ordering an assembled cooler, the customer assumes full responsibility for the cooler once it is delivered. This includes any necessary disassembly or maneuvering to place the cooler in its final location.
- Please ensure you have adequate space and resources to handle an assembled cooler before placing your order.
No exceptions to this policy.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@mymortuarycooler.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
