Customization, Upgrades & Component Details
Please note that racking, shelving, boards, lift systems, or other ancillary items are not included in the base price unless specifically added to your order.
Racking Systems & Accessories Maximize your storage with our heavy-duty body storage racks, or add prep tables, lifting equipment, and more to create a fully functional workspace.

Outdoor Roof Membrane For outdoor installations, protect your investment with our custom-fabricated roof membrane. This reinforced thermoplastic shield is leak-proof and resistant to chemicals, fire, and high winds. Note: We strongly recommend installation by an authorized contractor.
Premium Refrigeration Brands We supply only the best and most reliable refrigeration systems. Your cooler will be equipped with a top national brand, such as Russell or Heatcraft, including a perfectly matched condensing unit and evaporator coil for optimal efficiency.
Important Note on Local Code Compliance
Building codes vary significantly by location. We are here to help you navigate the requirements for your specific area.
Customers installing this unit in states like California, Florida, Oregon, and Washington (among others) may need engineered plans or "wet stamped" documents to satisfy local planning departments. This can include requirements for Seismic activity, Wind Speed, Hurricane Zones, or Snow Load.

Terms, Conditions & Policies
(This section is best placed on a dedicated "Terms & Conditions" or "Policies" page on your website)
Customer Installation & Site Responsibility
To ensure the proper performance and longevity of your cooler, you, the customer, are fully responsible for the following:
-
Site Preparation: The unit must be installed on a level concrete surface with a variance of less than 1/2" over any 10-foot span. An improper or unlevel foundation will void the warranty.
-
Installation: You are fully responsible for the complete assembly and installation of the product.
-
Refrigeration System: A split refrigeration system is included in the base price. Please note that some cooler images may show an optional top-mounted unit for illustrative purposes; this does not mean it is included.
-
Optional Upgrades: All top-mounted compressors are considered an additional upgrade and are available for selection in the product's drop-down menu.
-
Utility Connections: All electrical and final refrigeration connections must be performed by your own qualified and certified technicians.
Shipping & Receiving Instructions (Common Carrier Freight)
The products we sell are typically too large for standard parcel services and will be delivered by a trucking company (common carrier). Please review the following receiving instructions carefully:
-
Unloading Responsibility: Freight delivery is to the ground only at the back of the truck. You are responsible for having the necessary equipment (e.g., forklift) and personnel to unload the freight and move the product into your building. We accept no liability or responsibility for this service or for any damage incurred during this process.
-
Inspect for Damage IMMEDIATELY: Damage, though rare, can occur during transit. Before signing the delivery receipt, you MUST thoroughly inspect the shipment. Note any visible damage—including rips, tears, or dents on the packaging—directly on the delivery receipt that the driver provides.
-
Financial Responsibility: Noting damage on the delivery receipt before signing makes the freight company financially responsible. If you sign the receipt without noting damage, American Mortuary Coolers has no recourse with the freight company and will not be able to repair or replace your equipment.
-
After Noting Damage: Keep all boxes and packing materials. The freight company will need to inspect them to resolve the claim. Call American Mortuary Coolers immediately to report the details so we can assist you. If you have any questions during delivery, please call us before the driver leaves.

By entering into this agreement, all parties expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts and specifically waive any objection to this venue.
