Important Operating Requirement
This model is rated for installation in conditioned indoor spaces with a maximum ambient temperature of 80°F when factoring the Temperature + Humidity Index (THI).
If installed in an environment exceeding 80°F THI, an upgraded refrigeration system is mandatory. No returns or exchanges are accepted for units installed outside of these conditions without the required upgrade.
New 2025-mandated refrigeration systems improve stability in borderline environments; however, compliance with operating limits remains critical.
THI Formula: Ambient Temperature (°F) + Relative Humidity (%)
Example: 78°F + 40% humidity = THI 118 → upgrade required
