Refrigeration System Options
This cooler comes standard with our recommended remote refrigeration system. Understanding the differences between our standard and optional systems is key to choosing the right solution for your facility.
-
Standard: Remote Refrigeration System (Included) This is our most efficient and versatile system. The "split" design places the heat-generating condenser unit separately from the cooler, keeping heat and noise outside your workspace. This provides incredible installation flexibility; the remote condenser can be placed on the roof of the cooler, the roof of your building, or in a basement. To ensure peak performance and safety, all remote refrigeration systems must be installed by a certified professional.
-
Optional Upgrade: Drop-In Self-Contained Unit For facilities seeking a simpler installation, we offer an all-in-one Drop-In unit as an upgrade. This system mounts on the cooler's ceiling and is only suitable for climate-controlled rooms where the ambient temperature never exceeds 80°F. Please call for pricing on this optional upgrade.

4. Warranty Information
(This section remains unchanged)
5. Return Policy (Non-Cooler Items Only)
This return policy applies ONLY to items that are not coolers or custom-built equipment.
-
5.1. Responsibility for Shipping Costs: For all eligible returns, the customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the cost of the original shipment from our facility to you (even if a "free shipping" promotion was applied) and the cost of the return shipment back to our facility. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund issued.
-
5.2. Eligibility: American Mortuary Coolers offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible items. To qualify, the item(s) must NOT have been USED or OPENED, and must be in "like-new," resalable condition in the original packaging when returned to our facility.
-
5.3. Return Process: To return an item, you must first contact our support team at 1-888-792-9315 to receive a return authorization code (RA). Returns sent without an RA code will not be accepted.
-
5.4. Refund Calculation: All shipping costs for the returned item(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Once the item is received and inspected for damages, we will calculate the refund. The refund amount is the original purchase price, LESS the following:
-
The actual shipping cost we incurred to send the item to you (this applies even to "free shipping" promotions; a copy of the freight invoice will be provided).
-
A restocking fee of $50 or 25% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.
-
A 3% credit card processing fee.
-
The cost of any damages incurred to the returned item(s), if applicable.
-
Refunds will be mailed to the buyer in the form of a check.
-
Example: A buyer paid $850 for an item. Our cost to ship the item was $100. The item was returned with no damages. The refund would be $537.50. Calculation: $850 (Original Price) - $100 (Our Shipping Cost) - $212.50 (25% Restocking Fee) = $537.50.
